How do I change my address?

We are currently unable to change and update your address for you.

Your current address is only important when verifying your account. Once you get asked to go through the verification process again, you will have the option to update your address yourself.

Please note that if you're moving to a country where bpremium.de does not operate, you will no longer be able to make use of your account.
