When I try to make a deposit, I get the message “a technical error has occurred”.
If you receive a message that a technical error has occurred when you try to make a payment, please wait a few minutes and try again. If it still doesn’t work, please send an e-mail to our customer support team indicating your name and surname, your residential address, your date of birth, the e-mail address listed in your bpremium account and the exact content of the error message.
