In our experience, the requested amount should be available to you within 2-5 working days. If after this period you still have not received your payout, even though you have already sent us a copy of your official photo ID, please contact our customer service team, specifying your user ID, your first and surname, your residential address, your date of birth, and the e-mail address listed in your bpremium account. The time required for the transfer depends on your selected payment method and cannot be influenced by bpremium. In general, bpremium will transfer all requested withdrawals to your financial services provider within 24 hours on working days.
