Why was my request for withdrawal cancelled?

As a first step, please check your email, including your spam folder. We may have already contacted you regarding your withdrawal requests.

There may be several reasons for a withdrawal request being cancelled:

1. You requested a withdrawal of  amounts you paid into your account without using them to play on our site. bpremium is entitled to cancel such requests.
2. You requested a withdrawal with a payment instrument that does not belong to you. For further information, click here.
3. Your selected payment instrument needs to be verified. bpremium reserves the right to request a copy of the payment instrument for verification before withdrawal requests are processed.
